The CAT has a special section of the vehicle deck reserved for motorcycles. Complimentary use of tiedowns is included in motorcycle fares.
Bringing your car aboard The CAT also gives you dramatic vacation flexibility. Tour the coast and the mountains of Maine. Explore both coasts of Mainland Nova Scotia, then cross the Canso Causeway to Cape Breton, where you’ll enjoy the dramatic landscape and Celtic and Acadian cultures.

You can even tour Prince Edward Island by crossing from Caribou, NS aboard the ships of Northumberland Ferries, or travel across the Bay of Fundy to New Brunswick aboard the Princess of Acadia.
There are special round-trip and advance-purchased fares, and motorcyclists receive a discount on normal vacation package rates. AAA or CAA members qualify for special discounts!
